You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

 

3. Opt-Out of the Sale or Sharing of Data

LoansFunded.com does not sell personal information.

However, we may share data for:

  • Loan processing

  • Partner referrals (with consent)

  • Analytics and marketing

 

4. Correct Inaccurate Information

You may request corrections to any personal data we hold.

 

5. Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We only use sensitive data for providing loan-related services.

 

6. Non-Discrimination

We will not deny services, charge different rates, or provide different quality of services because you exercised your rights.
